Cadillac platform

Led a full redesign of the Cadillac website, managing a cross-functional team in 3 locations (Austin, Detroit, and New York) including executives from product, analytics, engineering, marketing, and support.

Analyzed industry trends in the automotive sector and combined with findings from customer segmentation and competitive research. Created designs, formulated implementations plans, and helped Cadillac deliver an elevated experience as an aspirational brand within the GM portfolio.

Treating the platform as a showcase, we highlighted product features through full-bleed imagery, cinemagraphs and copy that supported but never overwhelmed.
